These general conditions of sale govern the sale by Arkiwork s.r.l.s. based in Cesinali (AV), via Raffaele Cocchia, 15, with VAT number 03000040646, telephone 0825 685344 - whatsapp 3282793105, e-mail: email@example.com - consumers, understood as natural persons acting for purposes unrelated to the entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity that may be carried out of the products marketed through the areas dedicated to the products of the website www.abitidalavoro.shop.
The products can be sold and delivered only to customers resident or domiciled within the European Union and the rest of the World.
For any information related to these general conditions and/ or purchases made on the basis of the same interested parties may send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Orders are formulated by the customer upon receipt of payment.
If the customer intends to receive the invoice, he must send an email with the data to email@example.com
It is also provided the possibility for the customer to indicate a different place of shipment from that reported in the compilation of their personal data, specifying it in an email sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
The customer must confirm and definitively forward their order only at the end of the purchase process, by selecting the "proceed to purchase" button on the last page of the purchase process.
Once the order has been finally sent, a summary page of the order will be displayed and a confirmation email will be sent.
By sending the order the customer will accept that any sales contract is governed by these general conditions.
The sales contract between the customer and Arkiwork s.r.l.s. will be concluded only when the order is accepted.
PRICES AND PAYMENT TERMS
The selling prices of the products, the shipping costs and the payment methods are those shown on the website and are expressed in Euro.
The sales prices of the products listed in the online catalog of the site include VAT but do not include shipping costs and any expenses, which will be quantified before the order and will be added to the total amount due.
Arkiwork s.r.l.s. reserves the right to change the prices on the site at any time; in any case, the price change will not apply to the products subject to orders already sent by the customer.
In case of crossed-out prices, the crossed-out original price is the list price. The crossed-out price is the selling price.
The customer undertakes to pay the price of the Products purchased in the following ways:
‐ Credit card on line: payment by credit card Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners.
Credit card payments are managed directly by secure servers, which, thanks to the use of client-side encryption of card data and in accordance with the secure communication guaranteed by the TLS 1.2 protocol, ensures the security of online transactions. For this reason, Arkiwork s.r.l.s. does not know the details of the customer’s credit card.
Upon receipt of the order, Arkiwork s.r.l.s. will make a request for pre-authorisation on the customer’s credit card to ensure that the customer has sufficient funds to complete the transaction.
Credit cards will be subject to inspections and authorizations by the issuing institution. Arkiwork s.r.l.s. will not be responsible for any non-authorisations by the entity in question.
Once the contract is concluded, the debit on the credit card will be final, without prejudice to the mandatory rules on withdrawal and/ or legal guarantee.
‐ Cash on delivery: payment is only allowed for products delivered within the Italian territory, up to a limit of Euro 999,00. Payment must be made in cash by the customer at the time of delivery of the products.
- Bank transfer: payment is allowed to all customers. Payment must be accounted for the delivery of products.
METHOD OF DISPATCH AND DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS.
The products will be delivered as soon as possible.
If the customer chooses the method of delivery of the Products through "Shipment", the shipping costs will be charged to the customer; they will be quantified before the order is placed by the customer and may vary according to the quantity of products purchased and any promotions valid on shipping costs at the time of the order.
After the shipment, Arkiwork s.r.l.s. will send the customer an e-mail with information on how to monitor the shipment.
In case of shipping delays arising from causes independent of the will of Arkiwork s.r.l.s., the customer will be promptly notified.
Shipments are made:
‐ in Italy, in countries belonging to the European Union and in the rest of the world for all types of products.
Shipment on national territory will be scheduled within 3-5 working days from the order confirmation.
Shipment on European Union territory will be expected within 10 working days from the order confirmation.
Shipment to Rest of the World territory will be within 20 working days from the order confirmation.
The delivery will take place without prior appointment and is intended at street level, at a time between 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. from Monday to Friday.
Within the e-mail confirmation of shipment will be a code that will allow the customer to follow, directly on the courier site, the status of their shipment.
In case of refusal of delivery or impossibility for the carrier to contact the customer within 5 days after the first attempt (due to the customer), the order will be automatically cancelled and Arkiwork s.r.l.s. will refund the customer the value of the order, excluding shipping, storage and return of goods, which will be borne by the customer.
The purchased products may remain in stock at the "pick-up point" communicated by the carrier, at no additional cost, for a maximum of 5 (five) days from the day on which the customer was contacted (or attempted to contact) to communicate their availability to the collection.
After five days of storage Arkiwork s.r.l.s. will charge the customer the total cost of 5.50 Euro (five/50) (including VAT) for each additional day of failure to withdraw.
Arkiwork s.r.l.s. will be exempt from any liability in case of delays caused by unforeseeable events, acts, facts and circumstances at the time of conclusion of the contract, unavoidable and also outside the control of Arkiwork s.r.l.s. (by way of example: strikes, riots, natural disasters, etc.).
For the purposes of these general conditions, the delivery will be deemed to have taken place with the signature attesting to the receipt of the Products at the agreed delivery address.
EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL: TIMING AND METHOD OF RETURNING THE PRODUCTS AND REIMBURSEMENT OF THE PRICE
In case of withdrawal from the contract concluded with Arkiwork s.r.l.s., only the payment of the purchased products, net of delivery costs, will be refunded to the customer. The customer will receive from Arkiwork s.r.l.s. a waybill to be applied on the products to be returned. The refund will be made by bank transfer to be made to a bank account indicated by the customer.
Before the return, the customer must check that the products object of withdrawal are intact and in normal state of conservation, inserted in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and ancillary documentation).
The costs for returning the products will be charged to the customer.
The customer, in accordance with current legislation, will be responsible for the decrease in the value of the products resulting from the handling of the same other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the products themselves. in the case of products returned in sub-optimal conditions, damaged, worn or otherwise altered or handled beyond what is strictly necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, Arkiwork s.r.l.s. will be entitled to deduct from the total amount reimbursed an amount equal to the cost of reconditioning the products up to a maximum equal to the total value of the products.
If the withdrawal has been exercised under the terms and conditions set out above and the checks on returned products have been successfully concluded, Arkiwork s.r.l.s. will refund the payments made.
PRODUCTS, LEGAL ASSISTANCE AND WARRANTY
The products shown on the site are products owned by Arkiwork s.r.l.s.
The characteristics of each product are reported on the site within each "product card", however the colors of the same may not be perfectly corresponding to the real ones due to the effect of the internet browser and the monitor used by the customer.

In the event that the customer considers that the products purchased are defective, without prejudice to the possibility of activating the withdrawal procedure may:

Please note that products purchased on the site by a customer are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity to which the seller (ie Arkiwork s.r.l.s.) is required by law on any goods sold pursuant to Title III, Chapter I, art. 128 and ss. of the Consumer Code (so-called "Legal Guarantee").
The legal guarantee guarantees the product from defects in conformity with the sales contract.
APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE SETTLEMENT
The general conditions of sale and the relative contracts of sale of the products are regulated by Italian law and in particular by Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 (Consumer Code) with specific reference to the legislation on distance contracts (Chapter I, Title III of the Code) and D.Lgs. of 9 April 2003 n. 70 on certain aspects concerning electronic commerce.
Arkiwork s.r.l.s. reserves the right to review these General Conditions at any time; the new version of the General Terms and Conditions will apply only to contracts concluded after its publication on the www.abitidalavoro.shop website and reserves the right to modify the website at its sole discretion, in any way and/or at any time without notice.
